A web page must be planned in order to be succesful. Which requires getting a team together and setting your goals for the page. Then you must create a charter stating everything you planned to do, everything that is needed to do this, and how long it will take to finish it. Doing all of this will atract more viewers to your site.
In an ideal job a team can be created to make the web page. Some of the skills need for a development team are strategy and planning, project management, information architecture and user interface design, graphic design for the web, web technology, and site production. The project manager keeps the page up to date and fresh which will keep people to come back.

I have to admit, at first I thought, “oh man, did she just cut and paste only changing a few words?”. As it turns out you you really condensed the article into your own words. I had difficultly with that so I used a lot of bullet points. I am questioning your image and why it’s in there two times next to each other?
